- India’s first Intra-nasal Covid-19 vaccine iNCOVACC has received the Drugs Controller General of India’s (DCGI) approval for emergency use in adults. The needle-free vaccine promotes a broad immune response and is manufactured by Bharat Biotech.
- Wearing a rear seat belt would be made compulsory, said Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari. He added that a penalty for defaulters has been decided and the rule will be notified in 2-3 weeks.
