  1. The SC on Thursday said it wouldn’t interfere with the Cauvery Water Management Authority’s (CWMA) orders, citing that the body of experts is reviewing the water situation every 15 days. Karnataka approached the SC, unhappy with CWMA’s order to continue the release of 5000 cusecs of water to Tamil Nadu for the next 15 days.
