ISRO today successfully tested Ganganyaan’s ‘TV-D1’ (Test Vehicle Development Flight 1) after rescheduling the launch twice this morning. It demonstrated the crew escape system for the Gaganyaan program, which separated from the vehicle and made a soft landing in the Bay of Bengal, as planned. The space agency said the recovered crew module indicated positive results.
