1. SC refuses plea to stay floor test in Maharashtra: In a blow to the MVA government led by Uddhav Thackrey, the Supreme Court on Monday said that the government cannot proceed with disqualification proceedings until July 12. It also refused MVA’s plea to issue a stay on floor test.
