With Stage III of GRAP, all non-essential construction and demolition activities would be stopped. Also, BS3 petrol and BS4 diesel vehicles won’t be allowed to ply on roads in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Budh Nagar.
