RRR, a patriotic drama film featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR, was released in 2D & 3D across India and Worldwide in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Both stars had an equal screen presence. While some would say Ram Charan had more in terms of roles and story influence, Jr NTR fans say it is not true. Leaving this aside, KGF 2, a monster action film was released in 2D across India and Worldwide in multiple languages, including, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu. Featuring Yash in a solo role, took the wheel of success with its power-packed performances. Sanjay Dutt’s performance supported the movie very well, whereas Raveena Tandon’s role added value.

RRR, with a budget of ₹550 crores, had a box office gross of est. ₹1,127 crores, and KGF 2, with a budget of ₹100 crores, has already hit a box office gross of est. ₹1,107 crores. Regarding the numbers, particularly profit, KGF 2 has already made the business on worldwide collection. KGF 2 is the only Kannada film to cross the ₹1000 crore club.

Will KGF 2 OTT be a cause of collection drop?
Is it too early to release KGF 2 & RRR in OTT? It is being told that KGF 2 will begin streaming on the OTT platform from May 27 in all the five languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. As KGF 1 had already been released on Amazon Prime Videos, it is assumed that KGF 2 will release on the same OTT platform.
